Cancellation conditions

1) Cancellation by the tenant

We do not refund money. We advise every renter to take out cancellation insurance. This only costs a few tens.

Any cancellation must be reported in writing (via email) to Agriturismo Anna-Rosa. In case of cancellation by the tenant up to ten weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the tenant owes Agriturismo Anna-Rosa 40% of the rental price. In case of cancellation between ten and six weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the tenant owes 60% of the rental price. In case of cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the tenant owes the full rental price.

2) Cancellation by Agriturismo Anna-Rosa

If Agriturismo Anna-Rosa is forced to cancel the agreed rental period due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the tenant will be informed of this as soon as reasonably possible and the (down) payment will be refunded.

3. Cancellation due to corona

We do not refund money. There are insurance companies that insure corona-related events. Take a good look at the conditions of your current continuous travel insurance or take one out. This can be done for a few tens of euros per year. (BV ANWB)

4. Cancellation invoice

If you need to cancel for any reason, please ask us by email for a cancellation invoice, which you can then submit to your insurance company.
