House rules

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM

• Upon arrival a €250.00 deposit in cash and presentation of passports/ID cards for local registration duty is required.

• No noise between 10pm and 8am

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. If you smoke, please be considerate of other guests and children on the terrace.

• Own food and drinks can be consumed on the private terrace. The public terrace is for drinks from the bar. Each apartment has its own table on this terrace.

• Only throw toilet paper down the toilet. No sanitary napkins, diapers, or other waste.

• Do not feed stray dogs and/or cats.

• Fruit and olive trees, flowers and plants may not be damaged. Also, nothing may be picked without permission.

• There are two sunbeds and a chair by the pool per apartment (the pool is open from May 1st, weather permitting).

• In the context of sustainability, we ask you to be frugal with water and electricity. We also ask you to prevent litter.

• We value our privacy. We do not appreciate it when others enter our private home without permission.

Swimming pool

• Open every day from 9am to 8pm.

• Wearing swimwear is mandatory.

• Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard present (watch out for your children).

• The depth is 1.35 m and diving is prohibited .

• Please shower before swimming.

• We ask people with long hair to tie their hair back.

• Walk around the pool, do not run.

• No food or drinks at the pool.

• Do not climb on the terracotta vase.

• Do not use stones, branches or glass in the pool.

• Do not jump on the sunbeds.

• (Inflatable) toys must be put aside after use.

• The use of the white shower towels at the pool is not permitted. Bath towels or hammam towels can be rented from the manager.

Waste separation

Full garbage bags with residual waste can be deposited closed in the green waste bin at the front of the street. Loose waste is not allowed in this container. Plastic, glass and paper can be delivered to the large containers in Legoli or elsewhere in containers along the road.

Chickens

Our chickens are well fed, so we ask you not to feed them to prevent them from getting sick or overfed.
