In this privacy statement, we, the owners of Agriturismo Anna-Rosa, registered with the Chamber of Commerce Pisa Italy, explain which data we process from our customers and for what purposes. This privacy statement applies to data that we collect from you both online and offline. In this privacy statement, we also state which rights you have and how you can exercise them.

1. What information do we collect from you?

Personal contact information: this includes information you provide to us through our reservation system that allows us to contact you, such as: your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

Demographic information: information that describes your demographic characteristics. Examples include your gender, age.

2. Purpose and legal basis for storing your personal data

We combine the above data into your guest profile and use it to provide a good service, for example answering your questions. This usually requires the use of your personal contact details and information.

We use your data to process your reservation in MyTourist. With your permission, we use your personal data to provide information about our goods or services, or the services in the area, but also so that the managers know who the guests are who are checking in or out and the composition of the travel group. This is done via means such as e-mail, WhatsApp or directly by the managers.

3. Retention period

We store your personal data for a period of 3 years.

4. Storage of your personal data and security.

We take the following measures to keep your personal data confidential and secure:

People who have access to your personal data: the owners and the controllers on a need-to-know basis depending on the specific purposes for which your personal data has been collected.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data during transmission via our websites or email.

5. Transfer of your personal data to third parties

We share your personal data with the local authorities and tourist office. This is an obligation from the government of Italy for our Agriturismo.

6. Your right to access, correct or delete personal data
