La Perla

The Pearl

La Perla (formerly the hay barn) is our largest apartment (65 m2) and offers five sleeping places. A baby bed can be added. This former hay barn has been converted into a beautiful, detached apartment with three (split-level) floors.

On the ground floor is the large kitchen with a dining table and kitchen unit. Three steps down you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Back in the living room you go via a wooden staircase to a 'mezzanine', an open mezzanine with three single beds.

There is a spacious private area where there is both plenty of sun and shade. There is also a garden table with chairs and a parasol to enjoy the beautiful view.

Generally available:

• In the communal Cantina: microwave, games and toys. Also hot, cold drinks and ice creams are available here.
• Upon arrival there is a small pot of coffee, tea bags, sugar, pepper & salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is also a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and dishwashing liquid and hand soap are in the kitchen.
• Can be booked on request: baby package: high chair, cot and changing mat.
• Available on request: bread roll service, laundry facilities, hammam towel for the pool.

La Rosanna

La Rosanna is a three-room apartment (65 m2) with four sleeping places and a possible baby bed in the master bedroom (surcharge €20.00). It is situated in a more modern part of the farm. You enter the apartment through the side of the farm. In the kitchen there is a large dining table and a kitchen unit. In the first bedroom there are two single beds. In the second bedroom there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

From La Rosanna you have a magnificent view over the valley towards the medieval town of Peccioli. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset here.

Generally available:

La Toscana

This cozy apartment (65 m2) has five sleeping places (for 2 adults and 3 children) At the front of the house is the Tuscan-style bedroom with double bed. In the second bedroom is a bunk bed and a single bed. The apartment is located on the first floor of the farm.

Via an authentic internal staircase, which has been used for more than 240 years, you reach the entrance of the apartment. At the rear is the very spacious kitchen. Here is a large dining area and kitchen unit. The bathroom is also located at the rear. This is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace in front of the farm.

La Toscana can also be rented together with La Caramella. The entire first floor then becomes one apartment, with a shared staircase and a small hall.

La Gallica

Gallica - This apartment (60 m2) has four sleeping places (for 2 adults and 2 children). Baby bed can be added. It is the former stable of the farm that has been converted into a beautiful authentic Tuscan apartment. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining table and kitchen unit. The old feeding troughs are still on the wall and form a charming part of the kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a double box spring and a bunk bed.

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

Outside there is a private part of the garden facing south, equipped with a shade cloth. There is a garden table with chairs. It is a lovely spot with a view over the valley and the town of Peccioli. The view here is stunning both during the day and in the evening!

La Giardiana

La Giardina - Via a short staircase on the side of the farmhouse you enter the portal of this two-room apartment (50 m2). It has four sleeping places (for 2 adults and 2 children) and a possible baby bed. Immediately on the right is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The very spacious kitchen has an old fireplace as decoration. In this spacious kitchen is the large dining table and a kitchen unit.

The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. This apartment is located on the side of the old farmhouse. Through the bedroom there is a door to a small indoor balcony that overlooks the shared terrace.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace next to the farm.

La Caramella

La Caramella - This bright two-room apartment (45 m2) with four sleeping places (for 2 adults and 2 children) and a possible baby bed, is located on the first floor. Via an authentic internal staircase, which has been in use for over 230 years, you reach the entrance where you enter the beautiful spacious kitchen. Because the living room is located exactly in the corner of the house, there are windows at the front as well as at the side of the kitchen. Here is the large dining area and the kitchen unit.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed.

The eighteenth-century style of construction keeps this bedroom nice and cool. The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink can be reached via the bedroom.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace in front of the farm.

La Caramella can also be rented together with La Toscana. Then the entire first floor is one apartment with the communal staircase and the porch.

La Terracota

This nice two-room apartment (45 m2) has 4 sleeping places (for 2 adults and 2 children) It is playfully divided and completely on one level. It is located on the ground floor in the middle of the farm. You enter the kitchen from the square in front of the farm. In the kitchen is a dining table with chairs and a kitchen unit.

The spacious bedroom with double bed and bunk bed is an extension of the kitchen and extends to the other side of the farm. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

On the terrace in front of the farm there is a private garden set with parasol.
