La Perla

La Perla (formerly the hay barn) is our largest apartment (65 m2) and offers five sleeping places. A baby cot is possible. to be added. This former hay barn has been converted into a beautiful, detached apartment with three (split-level) floors.

On the ground floor is the large kitchen with a dining room table and kitchen unit. Down three steps you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Back in the living room you go up a wooden staircase to a 'mezzanino', an open mezzanine with three single beds.

There is a spacious private area where you can find both a lot of sun and a lot of shade. Here is also a garden table with chairs and parasol to enjoy the beautiful view.

Generally available:

• In the shared Cantina: microwave, oven, games and toys. Hot and cold drinks are also available here.
  
• Upon arrival, a small pot of coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are available. There is also a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and basic cleaning products are in the kitchen.
  
• Bookable on request: baby kit: high chair, cot, changing mat and baby monitor.
  
• To be collected on site on request: Washing and ironing facilities, bath towel / hammam towel for the pool.

La Rosanna

La Rosanna is a three-room apartment (65 m2) with four sleeping places and a baby cot that can be placed. It is situated in a more modern part of the farm. You enter the apartment through the side of the farm. The kitchen has a large dining table and a kitchen unit. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a large parasol.

From La Rosanna you have a magnificent view over the valley towards the medieval town of Peccioli. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset here.

La Terracota

This nice two-room apartment (45 m2) has 4 beds. It has a playful layout and is completely on the ground floor. It is located on the ground floor in the middle of the farm. You enter the kitchen from the square in front of the farm. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs and a kitchen unit.

The spacious bedroom with double bed and bunk bed is an extension of the kitchen and extends to the other side of the farm. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

There is a private garden set with parasol on the terrace in front of the farm.

La Toscana

This cozy apartment (65 m2) has five beds. At the front of the house is the Tuscan-style bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The apartment is on the first floor of the farm.

Via an authentic internal staircase, which has been used for more than 230 years, you reach the entrance of the apartment. At the rear is the very spacious kitchen. Here is a large dining area and kitchen unit. The bathroom is also located at the rear. This is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace in front of the farm.

La Toscana can also be rented together with La Caramella. Then the entire first floor becomes one apartment, with the joint staircase and a portal.

La Gallica

Gallica - This apartment (60 m2) has four sleeping places. A baby cot can be added if necessary. It is the former stable of the farmhouse that has been converted into a beautiful authentic Tuscan apartment. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining room table and kitchen unit. The old cribs are still on the wall and are a charming part of the kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a double box spring and a bunk bed.

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

Outside is a private part of the garden facing south, with a shade cloth. There is a garden table with chairs. It is a wonderful place with a view over the valley and the town of Peccioli. The view here is stunning both day and night!

La Giardiana

La Giardina - Via a short flight of steps on the side of the farmhouse you enter the portal of this two-room apartment (50 m2). It has four sleeping places and a baby cot that can be added. Immediately on the right is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The very spacious kitchen contains an old fireplace as decoration. This spacious kitchen has a large dining table and a kitchen unit.

The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. This apartment is located on the side of the old farmhouse. Through the bedroom there is a door to a small indoor balcony that overlooks the shared terrace.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace next to the farm.

La Caramella

La Caramella - This bright two-room apartment (45 m2) with four sleeping places and a baby cot that can be added, is located on the first floor. Via an authentic internal staircase, which has been in use for over 230 years, you reach the entrance where you enter the beautiful spacious kitchen. Because the living room is located exactly in the corner of the house, there are windows at the front as well as at the side of the kitchen. Here is the large dining area and kitchen unit.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed.

Thanks to the eighteenth-century architectural style, this bedroom remains wonderfully cool. Through the bedroom you reach the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

This apartment has its own garden set with parasol on the terrace in front of the farm.

La Caramella can also be rented together with La Toscana. Then the entire first floor is one apartment with the common staircase and the portal.
