La Rosanna

La Rosanna is a three-room apartment (65 m2) with four sleeping places and a baby cot that can be placed. It is situated in a more modern part of the farm. You enter the apartment through the side of the farm. The kitchen has a large dining table and a kitchen unit. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a large parasol.

From La Rosanna you have a magnificent view over the valley towards the medieval town of Peccioli. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset here.

Generally available:

• In the shared Cantina: microwave, oven, games and toys. Hot and cold drinks are also available here.
• Upon arrival, a small pot of coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are available. There is also a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and basic cleaning products are in the kitchen.
• Bookable on request: baby kit: high chair, cot, changing mat and baby monitor.
• To be purchased on site on request: Washing and ironing facilities, bath towel / hammam towel for the pool.
