La Rosanna is a three-room apartment (65 m2) with four sleeping places and an additional baby cot in the master bedroom (surcharge €20.00) or an extra bed for €10.00 per night. It is located in a more modern part of the farm. You enter the apartment from the side of the farm. The open-plan kitchen features a large dining table and a kitchenette. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

The private terrace is equipped with a garden set and a parasol.

From La Rosanna, you have a magnificent view over the valley towards the medieval town of Peccioli. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset here.

Generally available:

• In the shared Cantina: microwave, games and toys. You can also find hot and cold drinks and ice cream here.
• Upon arrival, a small pot of coffee, tea bags, sugar, pepper & salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are provided. There is also a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and dishwashing liquid and hand soap are available in the kitchen.
• Available on request: baby package: high chair, cot and changing mat.
• On request and available on site: sandwich service, laundry facilities, poolside hamam towel.
